How to search the Choice Plus online directory for network physicians.

With over 73,000 health care providers in Ohio’s Choice Plus network, your employees can look forward to the freedom and flexibility of choice. This guide outlines how to access the online directory and search for network physicians.

Step 1

Go to uhc.com/doctor.

Use the online directory to:

  • Search by name or specific location.
  • Get real-time confirmation of network providers.
  • Download or email a copy of the directory.

Step 2

Select the Shopping Around tile.

Step 3

Select Choice Plus from the list of plan names.

Step 4

Select the People tile.

Step 5

Select the Primary Care tile.

Step 6

Select All Primary Care Physicians from the list of primary care providers.

Step 7

Select All Primary Care Physicians from the list of primary care providers.
